When can I expect my order?

We will of course do everything we can to ship your order as quickly as possible. Do you order before 8:00 PM on workdays? We will then ship your package on the same day and you will receive it the next day! Are you placing an order during the weekend? We will then prepare your package for shipment on Monday and you can expect the package on Tuesday.

Do I have to pay shipping costs?

When you place an order above €30, you do not pay shipping costs. Do you place an order under €30? Then we charge € 4.95 shipping costs.

Which carrier do you work with?

Our packages are shipped with DHL. DHL offers the package to your specified address. If you are not at home, the delivery person will leave a note with a new delivery appointment. A signature is required to receive the package.

Can I track my order?

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a Track & Trace number from us to track your DHL parcel.

Onze dochter had de roze versie. Zeer tevreden mee. Goed ontvangst, makkelijk te bedienen voor jonge kinderen. De USB poort gaf de doorslag. Ideaal. Muziek op een stick en draaien maar!!

gekocht voor onze dochter van 5 die gek is op muziek, voor op haar kamer. het is makkelijk te bedienen, ook voor een 5 jarige. zie er ook heel leuk uit, mooi ontwerp en frisse kleuren. geluid is ook helemaal goed! kortom wij zijn heel blij met deze aankoop.
