Did you order something from us and are you not completely satisfied with your purchase? No problem! For all our webshop customers, the policy is not satisfied, money back. You can cancel your order with us free of charge within 30 days of receipt.

Return conditions

  • Legally, there is a return period of 14 days for returning items, but we have extended this to 30 days. Therefore, there is a return period of 30 days for returning your item(s) from the moment you have received the order.
  • The item is in its original condition and in the original packaging (if reasonably possible)

Did you receive an incomplete or damaged product?

When you order something from us, you can expect it to be a high-quality product. If you have received a defective, damaged, or incomplete item as a result of your order through our webshop, we will gladly ensure a proper resolution. If your product has become defective within the return period, you can invoke the warranty through our customer service.

For every product you have purchased through our webshop, the legal warranty of 2 years applies. This means that a product must do or be what you, as a customer, can reasonably expect. The offered own guarantees or any manufacturer warranties do not affect the legal rights you have as a consumer. If your product has become defective outside the return period, but within the warranty period, and you purchased your product through our webshop, please check our warranty conditions for what you need to do.

How quickly will I be refunded after returning?

As soon as you return your item(s) ordered through the webshop, you will receive the purchase amount of the returned item(s) including delivery costs back from us as soon as possible. A maximum period of 10 days applies to this. We may wait to process the refund until we have received the goods, or until you have demonstrated that you have returned the goods (whichever occurs first). The purchase amount will be refunded via the payment method you used for the original transaction.
